“Ragging is strictly prohibited”.

‘‘If any incidents of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concern students shall be given liberty to explain and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him from the institution” as per the directions of the apex bodies.

 

All students admitted in the college must observe the rules and regulations that may be framed from time to time by the college. Students are required to maintain absolute self discipline in the college and Hostel campus. Violation of rules will result in severe disciplinary action against the offender including his/her suspension or expulsion from the college. In such cases he/she will forfeit all the fees paid and any deposits and he/she shall not be eligible for any claim. Students must show respect and obedience to all members of the staff as well as the managing authorities of the college.

 

Each student is responsible for the proper handling and safe custody of any apparatus or equipment that he/she may be using. In case of any damage or loss to the college property through measure or negligence, the student shall have to pay the cost of repair or replacement. Every student shall have to attend classes and practical. They are not supposed to leave College premises without the permission of the Principal. Students are advised not to proceed/ extents leave without permission of the principal if so they will charge Rs. 250/- per day. In case of medical leave, permission have to be obtained from the Principal to remain absent from classes.

 

Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded, transferred or adjusted in any other account under any circumstances. If he/she leaves the course in midterm, due to any reason he/she liable to pay the balance of fee for the whole course as per admission letter / agreement. The student will not be permitted to write the examination until he/she produce the no dues certificate from the Chairman.

 

Management/Principal reserves the right to rusticate the student found indulging in any acts prejudicial to the interest of the Institute or involved in gross indiscipline or immoral acts.

 

In case any student is suffering from disease, which may bring barrier to her/his smooth studies, her/his parents will be responsible for that and shall have to financially compensate (pay full course fee) for the wastage of seat because of discontinuance of the study of such student.
